Do You Offer Home Delivery and Installation?

Yes, our white glove delivery service delivers and installs the wallbeds and complementary furniture for you. When the install team arrives, simply tell them which room you would like your new murphy bed or cabinet bed in. They will have it ready for you in no time! Additionally, they can demonstrate how to fold up the furniture and answer any questions you have.

I Am An Interior Designer, Can I bring My Client By?

Yes, we are happy to set up an appointment with you and your client. We can show you around the showroom in a no-hassle, no-rush manner and then leave you to discuss your client’s needs. We are never far away if you need us; consider us your personal attendant who can answer your questions and help you pick out a wall bed perfect for your client’s living space.

Are Murphy Beds and Cabinet Beds Comfortable?

We stand by our wall beds and can attest to their comfort! If you have any doubts, you can visit our showroom and see for yourself! We can help you pick a mattress for your new Murphy Bed, or you can use your own mattress, providing it does not exceed 11 inches in thickness.

Can I Use My Own Mattress?

Yes! Our murphy beds can accommodate an 11inch thick mattress.

Can I Close my Wall Bed With all the Bedding in Place?

Yes! The benefit of a wall bed is they are ready to be folded down whenever you need them. Consider you bed already made at all times! When your guest arrive, the bed can simply be folded down and will have all the bedding, sheets, and pillows waiting for them.

I Am Moving, Can I Take My Murphy Bed With Me?

Absolutely. Our murphy beds are mobile and can move spaces with you! They do not need to be permanently installed in a room or home.

Do Murphy Beds Attached To The Floor Or Wall?

Most of our Wallbeds attach to the studs of the wall. If you have a mobile Murphy bed, the bed is not attached to the floor or the wall.

What Materials Are Your Wall Beds Made From?

All of our beds are made from 100% furniture grade plywood. They come in a variety of alder, oak, birch, and beech depending on the model you purchase.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Murphy Bed?

Our production lead time for our beds is normally 6-8 weeks, plus shipping, delivery and installation. That can increase during busier times of the year. Depending on the production load at the time that you place your order, the time frame can be shorter or longer. 

What if I Need a Wall Bed Right Away?

We have a complete In-Stock program – our Caspian, Tuscany, Venice, Caspian Desk and Mobile Beds are in stock in our local warehouse and ready to ship. These beds can ship in 1-2 weeks depending on your location and our inventory.

Do I Need To Make An Appointment To Visit Your Showroom?

Please make an appointment prior to visiting our Burlingame location. We want to give you our full and complete attention with no distractions and allow you to meander through the showroom without any pressure or time constraints.

Do You Offer Weekend and Night Appointments?

We will always do our best to accommodate our customers’ schedules. Weekends are always available and evenings/nights are available with enough notice.
